Family Medicine – Cobleskill
Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive health care network in central New York and major teaching affiliate of ColumbiaUniversity, is seeking full-time Family Medicine or Med/Ped Physicians to provide outpatient health care services to its pediatric, adolescent and adult patient population in Cobleskill.
Cobleskill Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
- Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients
