
ChristianaCare is looking for a dynamic physician that has a passion to care for highly complex patients with underlying behavioral health conditions.
This intensive program is designed for the individual who struggles with a behavioral health condition and in addition, may have suboptimal physical and social health. In a welcoming environment, the program offers multidisciplinary treatment, including psychiatric and behavior therapy care, chronic condition and general health treatment, and comprehensive social health evaluation and intervention.
Our specialists work together to quickly stabilize patients’ health and then put long-term support in place with other providers and programs. The intention is to provide flexible, responsive care in a respectful, caring and supportive setting.
This role would be serving across three of our locations including, Wilmington Hospital-Gateway, Riverside Primary Care, and the Hope Center.

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Med Peds or Family Medicine
- Eligible for license in state of Delaware
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
